How soon will my order ship?
Handmade pieces in stock ship within 1-2 business days. All other artwork is made to order and typically ships within 2-3 weeks. Custom pieces made with your photos typically ship within 4-6 weeks. See the item description for specific shipping times.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $150 or more ship for free! Other shipping charges are based on the following table. See the item description for shipping rates. US customers can select USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or FedEx Ground at checkout for the listed fee. Local Eastern Sierra customers can select free pick up in Bishop or Big Pine. Contact me to arrange pickup times and locations.
All canvas wallhangings and pillow orders ship from my studio in California’s Eastern Sierra.
Made to order scarves, tote bags, and tableware are handmade with my photography in Canada by my artisan partner and ship from New York.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties. Contact me about shipping to other countries.
Do you accept returns?
Custom artwork made from your photos are not returnable. Unworn, unused artwork other than custom pieces can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 15th of the following year. Email me to arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, and may take longer to show up on your account per your payment methods terms.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal. You can also split your purchase into four interest-free payments using AfterPay.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
